I emailed the EMI record label the day before we finalised our song choice. I found the contact details on the EMI UK website and since I sent it, there has been no reply by the record label. This is the details I used to contact the record label.

Due to no reply, we are going to go ahead with using the song as we need to start filming within the next few weeks. My teacher said that I am allowed to go ahead and use the song so this is what James and I will do.
